Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, edit, and reproduce the documents within a single business that you own or operate. You may share the documents with employees and contractors of that business. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, or share the documents (original or modified) outside that business, or use them to create competing products.
Payments are processed by our merchant of record, which handles payment processing and applicable sales taxes. Download access is provided immediately after successful payment. If you have any trouble accessing your files, email us and we will make it right.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
